We are looking for an energetic, innovative, and experienced individual to join our team. With accountability for customer retention being the primary measurement of success, the Customer Success Manager will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships that foster retention and loyalty. This position will work closely with an assigned customer base to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive, and improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. This position will provide a variety of integrated services and activities including professional services, training, sales, and support to meet our customer needs and ensure customer retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support customer needs through a variety of services and activities.
  • Provide platform training to customers using a virtual model.
  • Gather feedback from customers. Analyze customer data to identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions to common customer challenges.
  • Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate new product features into communication needs and actionable implementation plans.
  • Develop customer success assets and methods, and work with marketing to create new, and refine existing, onboarding materials.
  • Assist staff with day-to-day tasks as appropriate and needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years of K12 teaching experience or administrator experience.
  • Passion for education and edtech with a desire to learn quickly and stay up-to-date with current trends and needs in K12 education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
  • Technical aptitude with ability to learn software programs; other computer experience including Google Drive, Zoom, Insightly and Office 365.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Travel is required for this position.
