The role:

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support our sales efforts across B2B and B2B2C channels. This individual should be analytical, capable of conducting market research, producing decks and spreadsheets. They should be organized and able to support and administrate the sales process. This role will be a USA remote position based on the west coast.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for new market research and analysis of education markets worldwide
  • Producing reports, decks and spreadsheets for key stakeholders and partners
  • Supporting and administrating the sales process
  • Managing the onboarding process for new partners
  • Providing account management to existing partners to meet any needs
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise with external partners and vendors
  • Working closely with the CEO and Head of Business Development

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience working in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree from a highly regarded university
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote
  • Entrepreneurial-minded, start-up experience highly preferred
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, self-starter and capable of multitasking across multiple projects
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
  • Extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
