Customer Success Manager

Hoonuit - Remote - Full time

The Customer Success Manager, a mid-level position, ensures the satisfaction, retention and growth of our customer base. Our customers include K-12 education organizations, including school districts, state departments of education, charter management organizations and other public education stakeholders. The Customer Success Manager will support a portfolio of customers in using and adopting Hoonuit software by providing consultation and training, helping to solve customer issues, and ensuring customers realize the full potential of Hoonuit solutions. This is achieved through the development and execution of customized, ongoing implementation plans for each partner. They are expected to have a basic understanding of K-12 education. Ideally, they have a strong grasp of data, IT and strategy within a K-12 context.

DUTIES:

  • Work with multiple contacts at an LEA (i.e. school district) or SEA (state education agency) to design and implement account plans that align Hoonuit products to challenges, goals and initiatives that the customer is facing.
  • Consistently evaluate the progress of the Hoonuit implementation across a portfolio of customer accounts. This includes ensuring relevancy by reevaluating goals and initiatives as well as analyzing customer usage data and reacting as needed
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting with end users to resolve issues.
  • Support and leverage field marketing, product launches, product promotions and sales generating efforts.
  • Consistently record and maintain all customer communication and information via Salesforce.com.
  • Support the sales process. Responsible for the timely renewal of current subscriptions as well growing our partnerships through upselling additional products or features that are relevant and securing long-term partnerships with multi-year contract opportunities throughout the year.
  • Other responsibilities as the business demands 
Annually Salary:  $60,000
