Customer Success Manager - Clever Goals

Clever Goals is a new product that lets schools set goals to use learning software to improve academic outcomes. District leaders, principals, teachers, and students all use Clever Goals to track and improve usage and progress of learning software. Success with Clever Goals means better software implementations, higher student engagement with software, and, ultimately, better learning outcomes for students.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive the school districts using Clever Goals to successful outcomes: increased student usage and progress with learning software.
  • Own district contract renewals of Clever Goals. Identify and support Goals growth opportunities within accounts.
  • Lead district curriculum leaders, school admins, and teachers to strong engagement with Goals.
  • Develop and deploy varied strategies to drive Goals engagement and success: professional development sessions, email marketing campaigns, on-site interviews, etc.
  • Work closely with product & engineering to rapidly iterate and improve the Clever Goals product.

Candidate Profile:

  • Deep understanding of K-12 digital learning curriculum & implementation at the district, school, and classroom level.
  • You have consultative experience helping clients achieve strategic goals
  • Comfortable building and iterating on systems/processes, using cross-functional skills (e.g. marketing, professional development, customer success, communications).
  • Exceptional leadership skills - capable of motivating large groups of people to action.
  • Relationships person - you thrive when you’re building and growing lasting relationships over the phone or email
  • A high performer with a track record of executing towards ambitious goals.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, iterative, and autonomous environment.
