The Customer Success Coordinator at Breakout EDU should be highly motivated, personable and able to effectively convey our product offerings to our customers. The Customer Success Coordinator will be dedicated to improving the onboarding experience for our customers by conducting virtual training to get our clients up to speed and using our products with their students. The candidate should be a self-starter and have experience in conducting Professional Development (virtual or in person) and be able to adapt to growing changes occurring in a startup workplace.
