Who we’re looking for

Swivl is looking for a champion for our education customers. The Customer Success Associate (CSA) is excited about edtech and being apart of the movement to disrupt our education system through innovative technologies. Swivl’s award-winning tools are used for instructional coaching, professional development, and other educational purposes so we’re looking for a proactive people-person who enjoys working with educators to reach their goals with video observations in the classroom.

The CSA works directly with the Customer Success Manager to manage the customer on-boarding experience and the early phases of the customer’s lifecycle using Swivl. The CSA is flexible and dynamic and can respond to customers needs while balancing the shifting priorities of an exciting startup environment!

What you’ll do

  1. Become a product expert for Swivl in K-12 and Higher Education, understand the technical workings of Swivl’s hardware and software, and be able to provide basic troubleshooting support.
  2. Onboard new customers: guide the customer through the use of Swivl hardware and software, and provide guidance on configuring software to best meet their organization’s needs.
  3. Create on-demand training and support content, including: training webinars, help center articles, presentations and print documents.
  4. Liaise with our sales and product teams to ensure longevity and success of our customers.

You have/are

  1. 0-2 years experience in technology-related or customer support role.
  2. Already located or have plans to relocate to the SF Bay Area.
  3. Organized with strong multitasking skills, and enjoy learning about customers’ pain points to help devise Swivl solutions that achieve their goals.
  4. A willingness and aptitude for learning new online software and customer support platforms
  5. Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  6. Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
  7. Empathetic and able to understand education customer’s needs.
  8. A sunny disposition with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  9. Experience working in education - K12 or Higher Ed (a plus, but not required)
