Our customers build interactive courseware and e-textbooks; we provide the educational media that brings these spaces to life. We enhance the digital learning experience for K12 and higher-ed students with engaging videos that offer real-world context, virtual field trips, and quality instruction. Enabled by our API, we stream these enriched videos to the right student at the right time in their learning journey.

About Our Customers

We support three different kinds of customer: publishers turning print books into digital experiences, edtech platforms looking for exciting new ways to engage students, and government or public institutions developing the curriculum of the future.

About the Role

This is a remote role based anywhere on the East Coast, US. You’ll be be part of a small, global sales team supporting both streaming and download customers in North America at different stages of the customer lifecycle. Some accounts are active with annual recurring revenue, others are less engaged and need more activation. Here's what you'll do.

-Engage with customers at all levels, from the Courseware Designers, Editors and Executives in education publishers, edtech companies and education institutions.

-Create customized onboarding and growth plans and drive engagement across each account.

-Work with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems, improve our product offering and the overall customer experience.

-You'll work in a collaborative environment with our data team to understand customer metrics, including platform usage and user search queries.

-You'll collaborate with our product, content and marketing teams in UK, Poland and US. 

About You

If you enjoy collaborating cross-functionally, you'll love this role. There's plenty of opportunity for interaction with all our teams. Ideally, you'll team some of the experience below with a collaborative attitude.

-You are driven by delivering value to customers and you can evidence your ability to build strong and profitable customer relationships 

-You have some experience handling SaaS solutions or technology sales in a software-based company, preferably early stage or scale up.

-You have some frameworks to hand for account planning

-You are a clear and structured communicator

-You are feedback-driven and actively seek feedback from your customers and colleagues

-You are accustomed to using data to understand the health of a customer account

-You are kind and empathetic person, even when you disagree. 

    What We Offer

  • Base salary of $70,000-£80,000
  • Commission scheme
