We are looking forCustomer Success Administrative Coordinator in Concord, MA who will be responsible for providing support for 4 teams in Customer Success: Implementation Services, Customer Support and Care, Learning and Development, and Professional Learning Facilitators. The role will ensure efficient operations of a primarily remote team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. We are looking for an individual who is extremely organized, efficient, and comfortable with supporting a large remote team with varied needs. The ideal candidate is resourceful, a good problem solver, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling meetings and events
  • Event planning for onsite meetings
  • Updating organizational charts
  • Administrative onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Periodic copying, mailing, laminating
  • Resource organization
  • Data entry and organization
  • Editing
  • Report generation and some analysis
  • Handling multiple projects
  • Providing information by answering questions and requests
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, newsletters, and other communications

Requirements:

  • Completion of college courses required. Associate's Degree highly preferred.
  • At least 1 year administrative or project management experience in a professional setting
  • Familiarity with project management
  • Ability to effectively communicate via email, chat, and phone ensuring all tasks are accurate and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner (excellent written and verbal communication skills)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Experience with task management tools such as Trello, Asana, or the like; experience with Google suite, Powerpoint, Excel, etc. preferred
  • Self motivated, highly accountable and reliable
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative
  • Demonstrated ability in working with different styles and multiple groups
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently without oversight
  • Interest in business processes, logistics and project management
  • Familiarity and/or experience with learning business software tools desired
