Position Summary

Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for executing and coordinating systems integral to the BellXcel program implementation. The Specialist will primarily focus on supporting Help Desk customer service, enrollment, and curriculum processes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Triage and assist in managing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders through the BellXcel Help Desk
  • Assist in importing student rosters into BellXcel Online Platform and student assessment system if needed
  • Support in ordering and tracking all procurement and curriculum orders
  • Provide operational support to Partner Success Leads

Skill and Experience Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required for this position, with demonstrated experience in supporting operational systems.

In addition to having educational experience, applicants should have:

  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce or other types of CRM
  • Affinity for customer service and creative solutions to address specific needs
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication
  • Great organizational skills: be reliable and responsive; comfortable with time management and working remotely
  • Commitment for maintaining data systems and processes
  • A demonstrated commitment to BellXcels mission and to BellXcel program improvement
