Customer Service Representative (Instructables, Tinkercad)

Autodesk (Instructables + Tinkercad) - Multiple Locations or Remote - Full time

We are looking for someone to join our team to assist with customer service and community management related tasks. The person in this position will split their efforts between both the Tinkercad and Instructables websites.

The ideal candidate in this role is not daunted by a challenge. They enjoy interacting with lots of new people (virtually), and can always steer online conversations to be positive and productive. They are also highly organized and computer literate. A passion for design and making things is not required, but definitely a plus.

Requirements:

     - Customer service experience (or similar)

     - Outgoing, personable and positive

     - Strong problem-solving skills

     - Highly organized

Bonus Attributes:

     - Online community management experience

     - Ability to recognize good aesthetics

     - Experience in the Ed-Tech space

     - Passion for making things

     - Familiarity using Tinkercad

Tasks include:

     - Customer service

     - Contest prize tracking and logistics

     - Assisting with contests

     - Content moderation
