Position Summary

Partner Success Operations Associates elevate BXs brand and customer experience by providing high quality support to our Partners. BX seeks individuals passionate about delivering effective and efficient service to internal and external stakeholders with warmth and urgency. Through Help Desk, Success Associates assist Partners with implementing BellXcel tools to achieve their own program goals. Success Associates also continuously increase transparency and collaboration across teams by driving improvements to BXs information systems.

Core Responsibilities

  • Represent BX and build strong relationships with Partners in customer service contexts.
  • Increase Partners proficiency of BX platform and tools through resolving Help Desk inquiries.
  • Creatively problem-solve with Partners and internal stakeholders to formulate best solutions to Partners needs.
  • Ensure Partner satisfaction by monitoring progress for products and services; manage vendor relationships and strive for on-time delivery.
  • Maintain deep understanding of BXs Partner portfolio, spot user trends and hotspots in order to assist the Product team in crafting the best possible user experience.
  • Analyze, improve and design internal systems and tools for teams to stay informed, organized, and efficient.

Skill and Experience Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required for this position, with demonstrated experience in supporting operational systems.

In addition to having educational experience, applicants should have:

  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce or other types of CRM
  • Affinity for customer service and creative solutions to address specific needs
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication
  • Great organizational skills: be reliable and responsive; comfortable with time management and working remotely
  • Commitment for maintaining data systems and processes
  • A demonstrated commitment to BellXcels mission and to BellXcel program improvement
