Customer Integrations Specialist Remote (US Only)

Teaching kids to think critically and communicate effectively has never been more important, and NoRedInk helps students become better writers in more than 60% of middle and high schools in the U.S. We're looking for an effective, efficient, and technically skilled troubleshooter to assist in the implementation and support of integrations with NoRedInk. Your work will positively impact millions of students and help teachers successfully unlock the written word for learners throughout the world.

In this role, you will:

  • Support Customer Success Managers and respond to customer integration escalations
  • Support integration, single sign-on and auto-rostering discussions with district customers
  • Become an expert on our product and serve as our customers' primary point of contact for general integration inquiries and troubleshooting integrations
  • Advocate for NoRedInk’s users and work with our product and engineering teams to eliminate pain points and squash bugs
  • Oversee the infrastructure to support internal teams for all integration-related needs

About You:

  • You have 2-3 years of experience implementing and supporting integrations for a SaaS company
  • You have experience with Clever, Canvas, Schoology, or other SSO, rostering, and LMS products
  • You’re a skilled troubleshooter, able to thoughtfully problem solve, accurately diagnose issues, and thoroughly document information to help us eliminate user pain points
  • You have experience creating user-facing product documentation
  • You have a strong interest in education and an ability to deeply empathize with teachers and students
  • You have extremely strong written communication skills
  • You’re organized and attentive to detail
  • You want to work at a small startup as part of a dedicated and talented team moving through uncharted teaching territory

Bonus points if...

  • You have experience using Zendesk or other email based support tools
  • You have experience working in education
