Landed is looking for a creative, motivated, and passionate person to help execute key operations that enable an innovative homebuying experience. The Landed Customer Development role will execute a series of tactics to help the Customer Experience team reach essential strategic goals. Based in San Francisco, this person will work primarily with the Customer Experience team and with our potential homebuyers, qualifying sales leads and helping to convert them into customers.

From day one, you will

  • Help Landed uncover qualified customers through:
    • Leading 40+ phone calls per week with inbound educators across the country to qualify leads.
    • Manage email communications with potential customers, with a focus on managing and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Deliver a consistent, high quality customer experience to all of Landed’s potential customers.
  • Organize Landed’s lead pipeline, analyzing and prioritizing prospects daily.
  • Become an expert in the ins and outs of the Landed product. Clearly and empathetically articulate the Landed product and value proposition.
  • Work closely with the entire customer team to interpret and translate customer experience data so that it informs product development.
