IXL Learning, a leading edtech company with products used by 14 million students worldwide, is seeking a Customer Data Specialist to support our key accounts by providing data insights that help schools and districts improve their implementation of IXL and maximize IXL’s benefits for their students.
In this cross-functional role, you will work with the Strategic Account Management and Marketing teams to understand and deliver on the data needs of our high-priority customers. You’ll create a range of custom reports that both meet these requirements and tell a compelling story about IXL’s impact on students and schools. The ideal candidate is highly comfortable with analyzing and manipulating data, detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator.
*This is a full-time position in our San Mateo, CA office with a hybrid work schedule.*
