Customer and Leader Support Liaison

Tinkergarten - Remote - Full time

Description

We’d love to talk to you if you care deeply about early childhood learning, getting kids outdoors, and are both detail-oriented and an exceptional communicator. Tinkergarten is a fast-growing, social impact company founded by education and tech industry vets which is redefining early childhood education. We offer high-quality outdoor classes where kids learn through play. We're hiring a Customer & Leader Support Liaison to help us provide an exemplary experience to Tinkergarten leaders and families.

We know that diverse teams are strong teams, and we encourage potential teammates to please review our vision, mission, core values and commitment to equity.

What we need:

  • You can anticipate and attend to the needs of our customers and leaders, solving their issues and helping us to provide amazing experiences that parents want to recommend.
  • Via email, phone, (and new communication methods not yet invented!), you will resolve a wide range of product and service questions.
  • You will triage incoming requests for support, solving and escalating as needed.
  • You will make recommendations about new processes and document how to solve trending support requests.
  • You will manage service requests from leaders, supporting the team responsible for classes.
  • You will prepare actionable reports for the management team by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Requirements

  • A natural ability to warmly, efficiently, clearly and attentively liaise with parent customers and leaders to help them use and be delighted by our service.
  • Exceptional written, listening, verbal, and emotional intelligence skills.
  • An ability to quickly and continually understand and implement new technologies that enable our service.
  • An unrelenting level of care in your work that results in consistent quality at a detailed level.
  • An ability to efficiently problem solve in a fast paced, high growth environment.
  • A desire to dive in the deep end and play on a winning team.
  • 5-10 flexible hours available on Saturday and Sunday. (Not required, but a strong plus)

Benefits

At Tinkergarten, we know how impactful a meaningful work/life balance is to the wellbeing of our teammates. We’re big on “filling our buckets” with joy and play. That’s why, in addition to a robust Medical, Dental & Vision benefits package, we’re also thrilled to support our employees with:

  • Team Play Breaks: We coordinate opportunities for the entire team to take an afternoon to unplug and play outdoors during working hours.
  • Generous PTO, Sick, and Holiday policies.
  • A supportive company culture: Our team is fully remote, so we make sure to find ways to connect via coffee buddy breaks and social Slack channels to share in “water cooler” conversations to make sure our team feels connected and included.
  • 8 weeks paid Parental Leave for new parents.
  • Complimentary Tinkergarten Classes for employees and the children in their care.
