Customer Advocate

We are seeking a high energy Customer Advocate to join our Sales team. As Customer Advocate, based remotely from your home office anywhere in the USA, you will be responsible for delivering professional development, and planning and managing the implementation process of paid pilots and multi-year engagements for clients across our North American business.

This role will also deliver District/Division Level User Groups, and partner strategically with multiyear customers, building plans to implement 3P math solutions.

We will also know that the Customer Advocate is making a difference if they:

  • Partner with our business development team to expand/move existing customers to District/Division Level purchases
  • Support strategic conferences/breakout sessions
  • Respond to and write RFP’s, where applicable, along with purchasing Co-ops and other agreements on an as needed basis

Ideally you will have:

  • Proven experience in the delivery of successful business development strategies at a team level
  • A focus on adding value to key accounts
  • Previous experience working with high level education administrators
  • A successful track record in meeting and exceeding individual sales targets
  • A solid understanding of the K-12 and ed-tech markets with the ability to contribute to strategy development activity
  • Ability to travel minimum 25%
