Curriculum Designer -- Canvas Expert for Test Prep Course

Gallagher Prep - Remote - Full time

Gallagher Prep, an established Bay-area educational center, specializes in test prep and tutoring for the HSPT/ISEE/SSAT. The center’s founder, Deidre Gallagher, began her career in education when she moved from Ireland to California to teach Bing Crosby’s children. Ms.Gallagher recently retired and Gallagher Prep is now owned by a Silicon Valley entrepreneur and advisor to startups.

We are looking for a long term curriculum partner who understands tutoring, test prep, teens, and online learning. Our program is a combination of math, English, and interview preparation—most students need help with the latter two.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious instructional designer that would like to move from a purely curriculum and elearning design position to a program management role. In this role, you will be required to take ownership of the program and its implementation.

This initial role is for a full-time 3-4 month contract opportunity with possibility of extension for development of additional programs if all goes well. A candidate in the Bay Area is preferred, but this position is open to remote candidates based anywhere. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

We are hoping to hire immediately!
