Content Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a strategic thinker with an audience-first mindset for the role of Content Marketing Manager. Candidates will be experts on applying persona information, pain points, and brand solutions to the development and execution of content including (but not limited to) blogs, emails, white papers, webinars, data sheets, and advertising.

Location: Remote, USA

Job Responsibilities:

• Work along senior manager to provide direction and oversight of creative resources developing content for distribution through communications campaigns.
• Attend content development kickoff meetings and communicate with Creatives and Project Managers.
• Oversees and delegates the writing and editing and proofing of emails, editorials, blogs, video scripts, podcast scripts, webinars, and/or social media posts.
• Provide input relating to market situations relevant to the brand. Coordinates with content production and marketing teams to identify target audiences. Researches and develops content topics and areas of interest.
• Provides pre-publication review to ensure appropriate style and tone.
• Writes new content for distribution throughout various communications channels.
• Maintains consistent style and appropriate tone for audience needs and preferences.
• Works alongside the creative team to execute design and media components as needed.
• When requested, assists with hosting webinars.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 5-7+ years of experience
• Data-driven and highly analytical
• Proficiency with Google Analytics
• Proficiency with social media analytics
• Time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
