Content Manager

About the Role

We're searching for a Content Manager to play a major role in shaping our future marketing plans. In this role, you will:

  • Create free resources (such as include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, webinars, etc.) to power lead generation and brand awareness
  • Maintain an editorial calendar that strategically engages K-12 school district leaders across social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, and the KickUp blog
  • Produce and run strategic email campaigns that grow our subscriber base and nurture leads by providing them with regular, helpful content aligned with their needs and interests
  • Enable the client success and sales teams by producing polished collateral that highlights client and product stories
  • Prepare analytics reports using tools like Google Analytics and Marketo to monitor effectiveness and make course corrections

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone with:

  • 3-7 years of professional experience, ideally with some K-12 education and/or marketing experience
  • A dual-minded approach: you’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions
  • Experience in writing for social media, content strategies and SEO platforms including blogs
  • Proven abilities in project management and meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency with design software (ideally Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign)
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with marketing and sales automation software (particularly Salesforce and Marketo)

Position Details:

This position is a full time position located at our offices in Old City, Philadelphia. We are happy to discuss relocation options with you, if you're not currently in Philadelphia but are looking for a chance to move to the city of Brotherly Love!

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000, with growth potential.
