About the Role:
The Community Advocacy Marketing Manager drives company evangelism for DreamBox team members and customers through programming and communications. They will play a key role in brand advocacy, customer engagement, and referral marketing.
Competitive candidates will have a passion for storytelling and will be at the forefront of finding ways to elevate awareness of the impact of DreamBox Learning through sharing the voices and experiences of educators and team members. A customer service and collaborative mindset, combined with an understanding of school district dynamics and K-12 education will be assets to this role.
The Community Advocacy Marketing Manager will be the expert on where DreamBox users and prospective customers gather online, and identify engagement opportunities & strategies. This role will work closely with marketing, customer, and sales team members leading cross-functional collaboration to identify success stories, organize customer competitions, advocacy programs, event giveaways/promotions, and organizational partnerships.

Compensation and Benefits:
Expected base salary range for this position is $69,630 – $96,680 USD annually based on several factors, including experience and geography. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus or sales commission bonus, depending on the role, and benefits that are designed to support you & your family. If you are hired at DreamBox Learning, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on considerations such as geographic location, skills, responsibilities of the role, education, and/or relevant experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the compensation of our current team members as a part of evaluating and extending any final offer.
