Why we need you:

The Client Success Associate is responsible for ensuring the success of our clients by supporting them during their onboarding and ensuring long term success with the platform through purposeful interactions. The CSA will report to the Client Success Strategist and should be comfortable with supporting over 500 accounts, frequent proactive outreach across all clients, and managing many ongoing projects with an eye for detail.

As a Client Success Associate, you will:

  • Manage client implementation projects and ensure they progress in a timely manner
  • Escalate client feedback through proper internal channels
  • Assist in optimizing accounts based on best practices in marketing and sales automation
  • Maintain and update all client records, including Salesforce and Gainsight
  • Own all parts of Salesforce renewal processing for over 500 clients
  • Interface with clients daily, providing warm and welcome service, assessing risks and opportunities and total engagement with the platform, and forwarding those scenarios to the appropriate internal team
  • Perform outbound proactive client communication pertaining to specific Client Success initiatives
  • Help to continually improve operations and procedures by leading or supporting on special projects for the Digital, SMB and Client Success teams
  • Prioritize your resources using a data-driven approach across a large quantity of clients, focusing on at-risk scenarios and expansion opportunities

To succeed in this position, you will have:

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills. You’re a people person.
  • An interest in education or technology - or both!
  • Can multi-task, adjust quickly to changing priorities and negotiate multiple, concurrent client deliverables to ensure flawless execution in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Experience with Google Drive suite or Microsoft Office, especially Sheets/Excel, a must
  • Experience using Salesforce and/or Gainsight is a plus.
  • Marketing knowledge a plus.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
