Job Overview

As a Client Lead Producer, you will be accountable for the day-to-day implementation of client projects and responsible for guiding the work of those collaborating with you, from project kickoff through final signoff of deliverables for a variety of clients. You will consult directly with clients to develop ideas, recommendations, and processes, contribute to and produce deliverables, maintain documentation, and facilitate communication. Likewise, you will be expected to grow client relationships with additional projects that align with our mission and expertise.

Specifically, you will be expected to contribute to our success through excellent client service performing the following major job duties:

  • Consulting with clients on their strategy, process, and desired outcomes to better define the problem we’re solving, performing analysis, and making recommendations to clients;
  • Monitoring and adjusting your project teams' assignments during project implementation to resolve impediments and achieve desired results on time and on budget;
  • Maintaining documentation of scope of work, key deliverables, team assignments, schedule of milestones, and completion checklists;
  • Communicating progress and/or changes, adjustments, or revisions to milestones, key deliverables or work assignments both internally with your teams and supervisor, and externally with your clients;
  • Reviewing and revising deliverables and other related materials to improve their effectiveness and fit with a client’s goals and expectations; and,
  • Providing supplemental effort as necessary to ensure the success of your project teams in achieving their objectives with clients.

As a member of our business development team, you will also be expected to contribute to our marketing and business development efforts. You will cultivate new business relationships to evaluate potential opportunities and deepen existing relationships. You will lead, contribute to, and/or support the proposal development process for new business engagements. And, frequently, you will participate in the proposal presentation and service agreement negotiation.

To gain familiarity with our team, its expertise, and our offerings to clients, you will initially be working as a member of several projects, contributing your expertise and being responsible for creating, reviewing, and revising client deliverables. As you demonstrate aplomb and understanding, you will quickly transition into the leadership role designed for this position.
