We enhance the digital learning experience for K12 and higher-ed students with engaging videos that offer real-world context, virtual field trips, and quality instruction. Enabled by our API, we stream these enriched videos to the right student at the right time in their learning journey.

About The Role

This is a senior new business role in a close-knit international sales team. The people we sell to are passionate about improving education, so empathy and enthusiasm for learning and making a meaningful impact in education are essential assets in this role. Reporting to our VP Sales, you'll be responsible for the following -

  • Building a portfolio of customers in North America across all our customer groups; digital curriculum developers, edtech platforms and educational institutions.
  • Leveraging data to provide a crystal clear view of the effectiveness of sales activities and to instil discipline and process.
  • Using your creativity to conceive technical solutions with our product team that will meet the needs of prospects.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is key to success in this role. You’ll work alongside our Product, Content and Marketing teams in UK and Poland collaborating on the development of sales tools, improving lead generation and informing our content acquisition strategy with feedback from the market.
  • You care about helping people grow and you'll play a key role in expanding and leading the team in North America.

About You

  • You have experience selling SaaS solutions in edtech or digital media in a software-based company, preferably early stage or scale-up.
  • Experience in a digital-first courseware creator would set you up well in this role.
  • You’ve worked in agile product environments before have collaborated with a product, data and engineering team.
  • You are a disciplined sales professional and you know how to run and effective sales process, letting sales metrics do the talking.
  • We are still a startup so being resourceful and making things happen without all the support a larger company might offer is important.
  • You have a strong history of quota attainment and professional growth in your sales career.
  • You have a proven ability to hire, motivate and retain top sales talent.
  • Willingness for domestic and international travel up to 20% (when safe and possible again).
  • Humility is important to us, you know that good work is the result of a team with shared goals and shared responsibility.
