Bilingual Membership Specialist - Rosetta Stone (Tucson, AZ)

IXL Learning, a leading edtech company with products used by 12 million students worldwide, is seeking an upbeat, focused, and detailed individual to join the Membership Sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with customers and responding to incoming inquiries. In this role, you will use your bilingual skills in English and Spanish to provide customer support to our Rosetta Stone and IXL users. This person must be well-organized and extremely personable. We are looking for a quick learner who is flexible and can take on a variety of projects.

This position is for a Bilingual Membership Specialist who is passionate about and dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to our growing customer base.

This is a full time, hourly position in our Tucson, AZ office. You may begin as remote, but must be able to transition to working in the office when it is time.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Provide exceptional service and support to prospective customers, both in English and Spanish
  • Perform tasks related to sales support such as answering inbound sales and product questions, providing pricing information, and logging customer communication in Salesforce
  • Effectively communicate key product features and benefits to customers via phone and email
  • Process customer credit card payments
  • Initiate customer transfers to technical or customer support staff
  • Complete related projects successfully and promptly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
  • 2+ years experience with call center-style phone support
  • Energetic, positive, mature person who works well independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
  • Exceptional critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills
