About the Role:

The Inside Sales Representative (Sales Rep) is a critical role in continuing the rapid growth at Education Elements. The Sales Rep will focus on developing new relationships with district leaders, uncovering their challenges and surfacing insights, so that together as a sales team we can determine if our solutions meet the district's unique needs. Â Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Rep will have the opportunity to network nationally with education leaders, edtech leaders, and some of the best thinkers in organizational transformation and personalized learning.

Where you can make an impact:

* Build long-term partnerships with districts

* Plan and manage campaigns that nurture and provide immediate value to districts

* Develop and track the progress of campaigns with accurate and actionable metrics

* Identify and influence key drivers to improve outreach conversion

* Respond to inbound requests for information


* Identify districts that may become potential clients

* Through research and personal conversations, identify the mission, plans, initiatives, and resources that will surface sales opportunities

* Through both in-person and remote interactions, communicate our value to individual district by meeting unique needs

* Coach district leaders on effective approaches to instructional transformation

* Categorize and evaluate district readiness to partner

* Hand-off qualified districts to appropriate staff for further development


* 1-3 year(s) of proven success in a sales-related or community outreach capacity

* Outgoing personality, high energy, and ready to take initiative

* Genuine interest in education transformation and student-centered learning

* Strong writing and research skills

* Strong presentation and phone communication skills

* Experience with Salesforce and Excel (a plus)

* Detail-oriented and organized
