About our B2B Marketing Associate Director role:

At Kelly Education, a division of Kelly, we believe the talented people who work in our schools are crucial to unlocking student potential. As the nation’s largest education workforce provider, we connect great people to great working schools, from substitute teaching and therapy roles to tutoring and school nurse positions.

To help us grow, we’re seeking a B2B Marketing Director to help us transform and execute our marketing strategy for decision-makers in the education space (superintendents, school boards, CHROs, and CFOs). The right candidate will develop strategy and drive the tactical execution of marketing campaigns designed to acquire and retain customers for our PreK-12 business. This is an individual contributor position, reporting to the VP of Marketing for Education.

The B2B Marketing Associate Director for Kelly Education is accountable for:

  • Working very closely with senior leadership to develop strategic and tactical B2B marketing plans that support new client acquisition and existing client retention and expansion.
  • Launching bold and engaging marketing campaigns—leveraging events, social media, web/digital, email, video, SEO, referral marketing, account-based marketing, PR/communications, and more—to generate a pipeline of MQLs for the Kelly Education sales teams across all PreK-12 roles.
  • Developing strategic messaging and collateral to ensure sales and operations team members are equipped with the right resources to effectively sell Kelly Education products and services.
  • Working closely with Performance Marketing to validate which B2B programs (paid and organic) are performing well, justifying incremental investment or a change in strategy.
  • Using your understanding of marketing automation platforms to scale effective marketing and drive operational efficiencies.

Essential skills:

  • Strategic thinker and problem solver with a track record of developing and implementing actionable, integrated marketing plans with measurable results.
  • A digital native with an incredibly strong digital marketing acumen. Significant experience using marketing technologies to their fullest capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills—listening, writing, editing, verbal–with attention to detail as well as the ability to distill complex ideas and organize them into meaningful messages.
  • Significant experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRMs (Salesforce or D365 preferred).
  • Ability to evaluate marketing performance/ROI and prior experience identifying opportunities and gaps in the marketing-to-sales funnel.
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills; ability to work with and influence others both within marketing and throughout the organization.

Seeking a minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years of experience marketing directly to district-level leaders.
