We are seeking an experienced education professional to join our rapidly growing company. This is a great role for an educator that has a passion for supporting districts and schools in their quest to improve student outcomes. The ideal candidate will be someone with background as a classroom teacher or curriculum coordinator who can effectively communicate with school districts. This position will assist with the process of producing and delivering CASE benchmarks to school districts. Attention to detail and excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

This position will be based in our Durham, North Carolina office.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with districts to complete curriculum order details for benchmark creation;
  • Communicate with internal curriculum, reporting, on-line testing and sales teams;
  • Facilitate information exchange between partner districts and the curriculum team managers;
  • Provide customer feedback to the curriculum team managers;
  • Serve as the liaison between curriculum teams and school districts to answer questions about assessments;
  • Assist with the delivery of benchmarks to customers, e.g., uploading files and setting up delivery process;
  • Assist with customer service which is paramount to our daily work; and
  • Assist with a variety of tasks related to benchmark development.

Skills and Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Education;
  • Preferred background as a classroom teacher or curriculum coordinator;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Attention to detail demonstrating initiative and problem-solving;
  • Interpersonal skills that foster stellar customer service (communication);
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally;
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize;
  • Strong skills with MS Office products including Word, Outlook and Excel;
  • Project management, organization and multi-tasking skills;
  • Strong knowledge and experience with elementary and/or secondary curriculum; and
  • Ability to maintain a strict code of integrity, confidentiality and discretion.
