The Account Manager responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and managing business relationships with regionally assigned customers throughout the customer lifecycle.This is a critical role in ensuring that new and existing client relationships are well served and lead to long term relationships.This position understands customer needs, plans how to meet these needs, and liaises between the customer and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to those needs. As our customer’s main point of contact, the Account Manager coordinates implementation, onboarding, integrations, trouble shooting, and product expansion following the company’s defined process flow.This position requires a strong emphasis on being proactive, using solid judgement, and making independent decisions to deliver world class customer service.
