Account Management at eSpark

As an Account Manager, you will be a key member of the Customer team developing relationships and strategies to expand the number of eSparking students within existing strategic partnerships. Expectations

As an Account Manager, you will be expected to achieve assigned renewal and expansion sales goals within assigned strategic partners through:

  • Vision - Develop a vision for successful district partnerships and manage/align the right eSpark resources to make that vision a reality and best serve partner needs
  • Relationships - Develop and manage relationships with key decision makers and influencers at school districts
  • Funding - Research the state and district funding landscape and work through the various decision makers to unlock funding to expand our partnerships

Travel is expected about 2 days a week on average.

You will be successful if you can bring:

  • Executive presence and relationship building with senior leaders (school Superintendents and their cabinets)
    • Strong internal and external communicator with excellent interpersonal skills;
    • Excellent orchestration, influencing, and negotiating skills;
    • Strong judgment and instinct with clients; Comfortable having tough and financially focused conversations
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects; Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements. Startup experience a plus.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
  • A passion for education and strong desire to use your skills to change the world!
