Responsibilities

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals set by the executive team

- Own and drive revenue growth for the assigned region or segment of the market

- Efficiently manage the sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, sales presentations, overcoming objections, proposals, and closing contracts

- Provide individual weekly reporting to peers and executive team

- Provide sales forecast (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to the business to aid budget and financial planning

- Utilize CRM accurately to document and communicate all sales activity

- Help maintain and update competitor information and services

- Stay sharp and up-to-date around modern sales best practices to identify new strategies to use in your sales practice

About you

- You put the team first: You always consider how your actions impact the team and your teammates

- You act like an owner: You put the responsibility on yourself to take action and hold the team accountable

- You default to transparency: You proactively share the good and the bad to help build a culture of trust

- You build winning habits: You focus on the fundamentals and look to improve on what you do day-to-day

- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, specifically carrying a sales quota and full accountability for your book of business. Ideally at a B2B SaaS company

- Bonus: You have experience being a team lead and/or aspiration to become a Sales Manager

- Bonus: You’re familiar with the school fundraising industry - e.g. you helped raise money for your school or you know what “advancement” means
