Account Director

We’re seeking an Account Director to join our team in NYC! As an Account Director, you will drive new sales growth for our subscription-based digital platform in small-mid sized school districts.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and drive strategies for growing new business across a 4 state territory
  • Develop and maintain a full business pipeline of prospective clients; maintain timely and accurate reporting of the pipeline, account plans, and territory activities pertaining to growth
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within K-12 schools and districts
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform Management’s strategic decision making
  • Achieve annual new business revenue targets
  • Provide in-depth demos of our resources and effectively share our value proposition to potential customers

You Are:

  • Understanding the unique challenges facing districts, schools, and teachers
  • A top-notch communicator with strong presentation skills, both online and in-person
  • An effective planner and organizer with the ability to prioritize
  • Efficient in strategic prospecting and time management

On Your Resume:

  • BA or higher
  • 2+ years of successful sales experience selling technology or curriculum to schools/districts
