Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager - Contractor (Remote)

About the Role:

DreamBox Learning is looking for a new Account Based Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the strategy and execution of targeted lead generation campaigns and tactics to reach new audiences and accelerate opportunities to support students in targeted states and districts.

The right person in this role will be data-driven, utilizing internal data and information to continually test and evaluate the success of campaigns. The ABM Manager will be an excellent strategist, content writer, and project manager who likes to innovate new ideas and test them.

This person will be a strong collaborator, able to work across departments to determine and meet marketing and sales goals. They will have a growth mindset and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and value the opportunity to make an impact!

The ABM Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Regional Marketing.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven ABM strategy to achieve sales goals.
  • Iterate, optimize, and execute campaigns based on data and analysis of ABM campaigns and tactics.
  • Develop and write marketing materials and assets.
  • Work with internal and external resources to meet campaign goals.
  • Create and test campaigns iteratively to maximize conversion.
  • Work with manager to set funnel goals and objectives for market.
  • Liaise with sales leadership and internal stakeholders on marketing strategies targeting priority states and large accounts.
  • Manage assigned budgets and duties as required.
  • Work closely with Sales Leaders to identify and fill priority needs.
  • Partner with marketing operations and marketing services to drive marketing database strategy to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Analyze results of marketing programs and identify ways to improve effectiveness.
  • Maintain project management database with status, budget, and progress for assigned campaigns and/or projects.
  • Create clear lines of communication with internal stakeholders and sales partners to understand pain points and execute on strategy.

About You:

  • 3+ years' experience with marketing campaign management, including email, content, in-person and virtual events, social media
  • 2+ years' experience within education or edtech marketing
  • Experience implementing Account Based Marketing strategies to drive key account growth
  • Experience directly partnering with sales professionals on targeted efforts
  • Ability to analyze and make strategic decisions based on audience insights and data
  • Strong project management skills, highly organized with attention to detail
  • Proactive, action-oriented, anticipating needs before they happen, and has a strong willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and writing skills joined with a positive outlook and disposition
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness
  • Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or similar)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Length of contract: approximately 6+ months

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected contract rate for this position is $30.68 - $39.53 USD per hour based on several factors, including experience and geography. Benefits for this role are not directly provided through DreamBox Learning.
