Oversee curriculum design, content development, and online resources for PHI training products, which target direct-care professionals including home health aides, personal care aides, certified nursing assistants, and advanced aides
Oversee the design and development of eLearning products for supervisors and other management staff
Lead instructional design, course creation, and technical project management for the development, implementation, roll-out, and maintenance of PHI’s eLearning strategy
Evaluate, select, and implement online Learning Management System software to host courses and track activity, with input from senior leadership
Translate existing curricula to eLearning formats
Oversee the development of quality assurance and outcomes measurements
Apply adult learning principles and theory in the design of both in-person and web-based learning solutions
Implement digital/online education technology best practices and stay abreast of new industry capabilities
Collaborate with PHI educators to understand the needs of learners and instructors and stay responsive to those needs
Establish, monitor, and report on eLearning development goals
Work collaboratively with the Policy, Communications, and Coaching and Consulting Services teams to advance PHI’s curricula in line with the organization’s strategic goals
Coordinate the execution of training contracts, invoicing, and delivery of services
Develop and manage the execution of project work plans
Supervise and coordinate the work of eLearning staff and consultants
Represent and promote PHI’s eLearning vision and programs to clients, stakeholders, and funders at meetings and conferences, including traveling when necessary
Establish and maintain client and funder relationships
Strong leadership skills that emphasize collaboration and high standards
Exceptional interpersonal savvy
Ability to leverage technology to achieve superior professional and/or business performance
Proven track record of project management, with acute organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently without close oversight
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with demonstrated success editing and synthesizing complex information
Experience with eLearning/digital platform course design, including both development of new content and adaption of existing content
Minimum seven years of program development, project management, and staff supervision experience
Demonstrated experience in design, development, delivery, and assessment of training products for non-traditional adult learners
