EdSurge, the leading source for edtech news, research, events, and community, is looking for a detail-oriented person to manage customer interaction and content updates to our K-12 and higher ed product indices

In this job you will:

  • Learn about and develop expertise with a diversity of edtech products
  • Manage customer success including collaborating with companies to ensure all questions and requests are handled in a timely manner
  • Develop competency and familiarity with tools including our content management system (CMS)
  • Manage content associated with the EdSurge Index products to ensure all products have accurate, updated information
  • Work cross-functionally with the product, research, and sales teams
  • Be an integral part of an ambitious, fun and close-knit team within a mission-driven start-up
