Lexia, a Rosetta Stone Company, is currently seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join the marketing team. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Marketing Project Manager is play a critical role, managing complex initiatives and campaigns across our marketing organization. The Project Manager will work with team members in marketing, Education & Research, Sales, Finance, as well as members of our internal and external creative teams.
The Project Manager will be a key element of our team’s success by managing project scope to ensure alignment of the Business Plan requirements and budget, monitoring and assessing progress and performance against plan, reporting metrics and project status to stakeholders, and identifying issues, mitigating risks and developing action plans to resolve.
-Create the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility – including stakeholder analysis
-Lead project teams and facilitate the communication and interaction amongst the functional representatives.
-Serve as a key representative of the Marketing Department in cross-departmental meetings.
-Track program against schedule, budget and against stage objectives, reporting status to Marketing Vice President and functional team leaders on a regular basis.
-Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated circumstances.
-Performs critical path analysis and risk management to minimize project risks.
-Resolve conflict amongst project team members.
-Make recommendations to improve existing processes or suggest new processes to improve quality or on-time delivery.
-Schedule and conduct various team and project status update meetings.
-Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and communication skills.

-Time management and the ability to work independently
-Work collaboratively with cross-functional team to achieve product line objectives
-Ability to influence and interact at all levels within the organization
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
-5-10 years project management experience in a product development organization develops software and software tools for personal or enterprise use.
-PMP Certificate is highly desirable
