Overview:

We have an outstanding opportunity at ed2go for someone with proven digital marketing skills. You're a results oriented, self-starter who naturally takes initiative and has excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You're experienced and skilled in working with clients and vendors, and are well versed in technology and highly proficient in digital marketing; SEO, SEM, online marketing, direct response marketing, strategy and copywriting.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily oversight of our primary marketing channels: PPC, CPA, CPL, Remarketing
  • Create, develop and manage all digital marketing initiatives (i.e. SEO, SEM, Affiliate and other online lead generation)
  • Create, develop and manage lead monetization strategy, optimize lead monetization across verticals (i.e. purchase leads from clients and clients operating in verticals)
  • Identify and establish digital lead generation partners/affiliates
  • Create, develop and manage all digital lead generation, design and media buys, SEM, SEO, SMM, mobile, banner ads, display and copywriting
  • Drive innovation and growth opportunities for all mobile, online, and digital lead generation efforts
  • Craft, analyze and communicate digital marketing metrics, KPIs, intelligence and optimization strategies using detailed spreadsheets, reports and presentations for management
  • Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing budgets
  • Source, establish and foster key vendor, contractor and vertical partner relationships
  • Identify new digital lead generation solutions, opportunities and partnerships to enhance and advance existing lead generation processes and initiatives
  • Create, deploy and manage lead monetization strategies to maximize digital marketing KPIs within verticals and across verticals
  • Develop strategic, smart, and results driven initiatives geared towards brand growth for ed2go and its online properties
  • Facilitate, source, negotiate and manage digital marketing vendor partnerships
  • Manage and establish data-driven daily & monthly metrics and KPIs
  • Coordinate conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Coordinate multiple resources; web developers, programmers, designers
  • Participate in the planning and execution of key marketing initiatives
  • Provide regular, detailed performance reporting
  • Constantly think of new, innovative ways to drive qualified traffic to our websites to generate leads

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, Journalism or similar required
  • 3+ Years of PPC, CPC, CPM, CPL, Media Buys. Retargeting Coordination a huge plus
  • 3+ Years of Google Adwords & Google Analytics
  • 3+ Years Experience w/CRO tools, SEO, SEM, SMM, Mobile, SMS, Email
  • Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or Mac iWork (Keynote, Pages, Numbers)
  • Experience educational marketing or lead a huge plus
