Demystify Raspberry Pi and coding in this workshop designed to take the guesswork out of using this tool in your classroom or makerspace. Participants will learn to set up a Raspberry Pi, a credit-card sized computer, to experiment with drag-and-drop coding from Scratch, examine circuitry building and gain confidence in more advanced coding with Python.

Designed for teachers in Grades 3-8, afterschool educators and librarians just starting with Raspberry Pi. This workshop is perfect for educators who have attended our other workshops, Literacy, Making, and Design Thinking and Microcontrollers for Educators, though those classes are not required.
