During this fast-paced, hands-on workshop, you'll learn about the importance of empathy in edtech innovation and actually practice empathy-building techniques with an strong emphasis on conducting and analyzing customer interviews.
This workshop will borrow heavily from the world of design thinking and will reference the philosophy and methods from institutions and organizations like The Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford, IDEO, and beyond.
