What Makes Edcamps Different?

We all have experienced traditional professional development: We’re told what to learn, where we’ll learn, and how we’ll use the knowledge. Where’s the creativity and empowerment in that? Edcamps turn traditional professional development upside-down! They’re an efficient (and fun!) way to learn what you want, when you want, and YOU get to pick how you use it!
