Justin is in his ninth year of teaching at Bulkeley High School in Hartford, Conn. He spends a lot of his time thinking about how to leverage technology to improve instruction and assessment, and is fortunate to work in a school that is closing the digital divide by providing all students with Chromebooks and Internet access. In addition to his work at Bulkeley, Justin directs the Marshall-Brennan Project at UConn Law School, which creates pathways of opportunity for Hartford students to explore a career in the law.
