Donald J. Fraynd, Ph.D. is co-founder and CEO of TeacherMatch, a data-driven, fully integrated K-12 education talent management solution. As a former principal, his school was rated in the Top 100 by US News & World Report and was the first CPS high school to be named a Blue Ribbon School. He was part of a team that spearheaded the design and implementation of a comprehensive hiring and professional development plan involving thousands of teachers and used by the US Department of Education to shape their multi-billion dollar school improvement program.
