Microsoft and edX Are Planning Online Courses for School Leaders

Jun 28, 2016

CHARTING THE COURSES: Microsoft has partnered with edX on five upcoming courses for school principals, headmasters, superintendents and other leaders, the software giant has announced in a blog post. Rolling out in fall of 2016 and into 2017, the courses will cover as yet undetermined aspects of school leadership. Microsoft already offers 35 MOOCs on the edX platform and used the blog post to highlight its other offerings for school leaders: Microsoft Education Transformation framework, technology planning resources, education competencies for school staff and Microsoft Showcase Schools.
